250 new species of birds. Hitting this goal would bring my world life list to 500, allowing me to submit my list to the ABA for 09'.

Sounds like you have a good start to planning your birding this year. I will actually be down in Florida in March as well but will be in Ft. Myers and the Keys. The entire state has really good birding. Good luck with 2009.
